ARE YOUR PRODUCTS TOXIN-FREE AND KID SAFE?
Yes, Mother Nature provides all of our ingredients. You’ll find we only include things that you can pronounce, no multiple-syllable chemicals. In addition to being vegan, non-GMO, and organic, our products are free of sulfates, parabens, and toxins, making them safe for kids, much softer on coloured hair than typical shampoo and recommended for those of us who have sensitive skin.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE FOR COLOUR TREATED HAIR?
Yes! Our products are free of sulfates, parabens, and toxins, making them much softer on coloured hair. Happy to say our products are completely colour-safe.
DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN PALM OIL?
No! We are happy to say that Creed and Colour products are palm oil free! Not only do we not use it as an ingredient, but it is also not hidden inside other ingredients.
DO I NEED TO REFRIGERATE MY PRODUCTS?
The only product of ours that must be refrigerated is the Flax and Aloe Hydrating Gel. When refrigerated, the texture of the gel is improved and the product keeps longer. You may find you will need to refrigerate our range of hair butters during the hot summer months as they will melt on extremely hot days.

DO YOU SUPPLY SAMPLES TO CUSTOMERS?
We offer 100mL sample/travel sized options for our bottled products. Purchase one of our packs to sample the whole range! However, we do not offer sample shampoo bars or butters.
CAN I TRAVEL WITH CREED AND COLOUR PRODUCTS?
Our travel size bottled products and the solid shampoo bars can be used in carry on bags. We recommend you use the aluminium lids to seal them for travel and bring the pumps along separately if you have them.
DO YOU TEST YOUR PRODUCTS ON ANIMALS?
We have never tested on animals and we never will. Our products are tested on ourselves, our friends and family.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
You can cancel your subscription at anytime, either by logging into your Creed and Colour account and going to “subscriptions” or, by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
WHEN IS THE MONEY TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT?
The subscription fee will be taken out on the day you made the initial order. Our advice is to jot this down when you make the initial purchase so that you remember!

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. We currently ship to: NZ, USA, UK & Canada.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SHIPMENT GOES MISSING?
If your shipment is missing, we need to be notified via email within 30 days of receiving your shipping notification. We will work with you to find the products, replace them or issue you a refund.
